Weird rattling sound

Since the update to macOS High Sierra I do find my iMac (27" late 2013) to start rattleing at moments when there is not much happening ie. using the webcam of watching a video on Youtube in Safari.

Sometimes it wont show for days, but when it's active it stays active until I turn off my iMac (a quick reboot doesn't work).

I cannot identify what's happening and Apple hardware check says my hardware is okay. Yet I know something is different and changed in a bad way.

It doesn't seem to be my RAM; got them both out and sticked them back in different slots, and memory usage as of now seems 5% and it rattles like crazy.

It doesn't seem to be my fans; used smcFanControl for testing purposes.

It doesn't seem to be my sdd; that's not supposed to rattle at all.

What could it be? I was thinking maybe my 780m graphics card. Maybe only while it's using Metal.

Sounds are almost impossible to diagnose on a forum. Make an appointment at your local Apple Store or AASP to have it professionaly diagnosed if it bothers you.

Also, if you ran AHT did you run it in Extended Mode at least 3 times back to back?? AHT is not an accurate tool, however when it finds errors they are correct. Because it's not accurate it may miss something after the 1st or even second round. Give it at lease 3 rounds to work. Also, if you ran it in it's basic mode that is 100% worthless, Extended Mode is how it should be run.
