Opening screen keyboard mutes the channel
I just ran into a strange situation.
I don't know what sort of preferences I accidentally changed, but in Logic Pro X 10.3.1, every time I bring up the screen keyboard by pressing Cmd+K, the channel on focus gets muted. I have to open the keyboard twice to unmute it.
Here's what I did:
* cleared preferences and key commands from the app
* restarted Logic Pro X
* plugged the keyboard out and back in and
* restarted macOS
but those didn't fix the issue. How can I fix this?
Nevermind, I somehow had a bad control surface applied to my keyboard. Resetting the control surface did the trick for me.
