Can't clear/hide Music iPad

I can't seem to clear this from my iPad. I've deleted the songs connecting via my Mac. I've go to settings > general > iPad Storage > music and it won't clear from there. There only way is go through each and every album and there are too many to do that. I even it a restore from my Mac and they are still there.

I don't want it on there, I can't hide them, help me please?
