IOS 11 is Buggy and Slow

I've got a iPhone 6+ and worked perfectly fine until IOS11 installed. Besides being incredibly slow many of my apps crash and I've lost connectivity with my Pioneer AVIC8100nex radio in my car.

I despartly want to remove and have been blocked every method I've tired.

This is my ongoing complaint with Apple.  Too much control...  Don't release a slow buggy software update and expect everyone to be happy and content...  give us an option to get back to the IOS that WORKED!
