NO red dot notification after riconnection

Hi everyone, my question is:

if i leave my house wearing my apple watch but without my iphone,

when i come back to my house, and my watch recoonected automatically to my iphone, i have not red dot notification on my watch even if meanwhile i missing received calls, whatsapp ecc - only iMessage notification will appare

is this normal?

if so it is really a shame.

It would be very comfortable to see the notifications on the watch without having to look at the iphone whem you came back home

(for example, if you go out in the garden or garage and after you come back inside your house)

 

note: on my Garmin Fenix 5 I am able to see all new notification after a reconnect to my iphone

Yes, that it is normal.

 

Apple Watch will not alert you regarding notifications that were received to your iPhone whilst your Apple Watch was disconnected from it, including after the devices have reconnected.
