iTunes keep asking me to unlock my iPhone

I'm doing nothing but just listening music while iTunes keeps asking me over and over again to unlock my iPhone. When I unlock it and press "Try again" everything is ok, but 5 minutes later when iPhone gets automatically locked because i'm not using it, the window appears again and jumping icon in my dock drives me mad because i can't get rid of it without closing the iTunes.

So i literally can't use my iTunes without keeping my iPhone always on.
