Unable to open apps after purchasing

This is my first time purchasing an app. Purchased an app called kanji star and billed it through my mobile phone. After getting confirmation via message and email turns out I can't open the apps. Been trying uninstall and reinstall yet still unable to open. Appreciate a kind solution on this problem.
