Lines appear on MacBook Pro

I have a Late 2013 MacBook Pro 13" Retina display. Vertical lines are visible on the screen of the macbook. It is also moving along the application pages (Finder, Safari etc). The lines are only visible when the display brightness is at its maximum. At 50% brightness and below, the display looks as good as new. Could this issue be due to a loose display connector in the logic board of the device?

Hi,

Yes, it could be due to a loose connection, but IMO it's highly unlikely. The more likely cause is the graphics hardware, which is part of the logic board, or the display itself. The fix for either would be to replace it.
