I own an iphone7, I received on my iphone7 on Sunday Oct. 23rd,this message. its from ICloud,

you have 30 days left to download your iCloud photo library.

Dear Elsa Medellin,

Icloud Photo library has been disabled on all your devices and new photos and videos are no longer uploading

to iCloud.

there are currently 33 photos and 21 videos in your iCloud photo Library. they are not downloading

but are being deleted? Why?
