appstore on itunes

I used to be able to connect to the App Store via iTunes and install a phone application using my computer. I can not do that right now. I can not enter Appstore with iTunes.How can I install  application from my computer  via İtunes?

Apple made major changes to iTunes with the 12.7 update. Apps are no longer managed through iTunes. See: Changes in the new iTunes - Apple Support
