How?

an app(photobucket) got deleted because I could not access it.I had a lot of pictures in it  I would like back.

What do you mean it "got deleted" because you couldn't access it? Do you mean you deleted it? Are you indicating that you cannot re-download it?

Yes, my bad.I did delete it and realize now shouldn't have as a re download copied  photos from the cloud Not the ones saved some 14 years back So I guess they're lost unless I can get that account back?have not checked the PC yet.

The photos would be on the remote website, not in the app itself. Here is the Photobucket site's support info for Photobucket for iPhone:
