iwatch stuck on voice and won’t open up

I was trying to pair my borrowed from a friend iPhone 6+ (I had to do it again because my iPhone just crashed, said to update and won’t no matter what I do) with my iwatch. When I noticed I had Siri or voice on my watch. So I turned it on. Big mistake. She won’t shut off and when I try to get to anything besides putting in my password, it won’t Wk! It unlocks but that’s it. It announces EVERYTHING!!!! What do I do to shut her off and get my watch to Wk normally???

It sounds to me as if you have VoiceOver turned on in Accessibility. If that is set as the Accessibility shortcut, you can turn it off/on by triple-clicking the digital crown. You can also go to the Watch app on the iPhone and go to General>Accessibility>and make sure that VoiceOver is off.
