iPad Mini 4 Wifi connectivity with iOS 11

Hi with the latest update in iOS 11 I was curious if anybody had any issues with Wi-Fi and the iPads ability to maintain a Wi-Fi connection went to waking from sleep.  Currently, I am having a problem with my iPad and it’s ability to re-connect to my home network. It often either take several minutes to reconnect to the network or I need to physically visit system settings to reconnect to the Wi-Fi network.  This is primarily creating problems when I am trying to ask Siri questions on the iPad when waking up from sleep mode and I’m often told I’m. It connected to the internet. 

The problem I am having is that I’m trying to tease out whether this is a network issue with my home network or if this is a software issue with the iOS. I believe, I didn’t experience this until I’ve upgraded.
