iPhone passcode lock options?

On iPhone 6 with latest iOS, is it correct either you have Passcode = Off, or , if On, the Passcode is required immediately?  There used to be an option to wait a minute or 2...?  What happened to that?  Very annoying you can't have a bit more control over that?

Are you using fingerprint recognition?  If so, the system defaults to “immediate”. Also, using a company profile or exchange account can force that setting.

Thanks - Yes - using fingerprint, so its relatively easy, but still annoying that it has to be "immediate".  A slight delay would be less annoying...  No company or other controls on it, which is why we were surprised...
