about usb connect to pc

hi every body

I try to connect to my pc whit usb cable and in itunes app can not see my iphone

I did what they say in help center and did some things in device manager in my pc and it show this massage : Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)

who can help me?

What version of iTunes are you running on your PC ?  You need at least iTunes 12.7
