MacBook Retina 2015 Wifi problem

Before calling AppleCare, I would like to be sure there is nothing else I can do

on both, 10.12, and 10.13,  after a while, the wifi connection drop. I am still connected to my airport but nothing on network work (no even locally between computer). 

I have 2 others Mac, an appleTV 4, an iPad mini 2 and an iPhone. All other work on both wifi and ethernet.  I have try to wait a long time on the macbook, it does not work. I just need turn off wifi, and turn it back on, and everything work again.

I went from 10.12 to 10.13, same thing. I did a clean install of 10.13 by erasing the drive and Booting from Apple directly CMD-ALT-R,  same thing.

because a simple turn off/on in wifi work, I feel it is more of a software issue but can't find what exactly.

Any suggestion that I could try before going to Apple.
