iTunes Mystery to solve

Hi everyone.

Here's the story:

YESTERDAY I took a picture of a dog and later plugged my iPhone 7 to my Windows laptop and automatic backup on iTunes happened

TODAY morning I deleted the picture from my phone completely

TODAY afternoon I plugged the phone to laptop again, automatic backup happened again

NOW how do I get the picture of the dog back on my phone? Can I restore yesterday's backup?
