Using iTunes Newb Questions

For Itunes 12.7.0.166

 

1) With Music selected in the SideBar, I right-click on a song name on the right side of the screen, but there isn't an  option to "Select All". Is there a way to enable more right-click commands?

 

2) With Devices> Music and then Playlists, it has a count and total duration at the top of the screen. But not for Library> Songs ( I know I can use View> Status Bar, but why can't I see that file count information at the top of the screen like I can with  the device music and playlists?)

 

3) I added a folder to my library. When I go to Windows Explorer, it says there are 1628 music files (mp3). But when I use iTunes> File> Add Folder to Library,  the bottom status bar says there are only 1627 songs. So one didn't get transferred over. How do I tell which one?

 

4) I don't use Genius playlist, yet it is stuck in the SideBar under All Playlists. I can't Hide it or Delete from Playlists that I can see. How can I get that out of there?

 

5) I just use my Ipod for music and not the movies, TV shows, books, etc, but all those icons are in the SideBar under my device. How can I hide those so I don't see them and so I just see Music?

 

6) Is there a way to turn on Tooltips for ITunes? When I hover my mouse over the buttons, menu items, etc., nothing comes up, so I have to click on the button to see what it does instead of being able to read and make a decision based on helpful info. For example, there is a button with three dots and three lines that when I hover over it or right-click it for info about it, nothing happens.

 

7) Is there a way to see a column with ALL the tags, or am I limited to just iTunes standard selections? For instance, all of my MP3 files have a REPLAYGAIN_TRACK_GAIN tag, but I can't see a way to see that tag and info in ITunes.

 

8) Is there a way to change the Itunes color scheme so it's not so gloomy grey?
