Apple Watch overheating

Hi Sir,

This is Ali Talaat from Cairo, Egypt

I bought an Apple Watch series #2 three months ago and today was my first day to feel extreme heat at my arm rest, the watch closed for more than 4 hours and couldn't open it or restart, also the watch was charged 85%

Afterwards, the watch opened suddenly and was with very heat and the clock was wrong as a set up, in addition that I checked the battery percentage and it was 11 then sudden drop to close

Kindly advise?
