Can't review an app

I've been trying to review an app I purchased for weeks.  When I rate it and type the comments I hit submit and nothing happens.  I assumed it was because of load on servers so I left it and came back but the review is just sitting there.  It has a title.  I have purchased the app.  I am signed in.  I have only one user name. 

Why is everything Apple so hard to deal with?  There's not even an error message - it just sits there!

BTW, it is not a good review this time so maybe that's the reason?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! I understand that you are attempting review an application from the App Store and nothing seems to happen when you submit. I’m curious if this is happening for every application you try to review or just this specific one. If you are trying to review from the iPad I suggest trying to review from iTunes on your computer. The following article has steps for leaving a review on your Mac or PC or your device.

Thanks for that.  Fixed.  I didn't know I could do it from there.  I was going to put "This solved my question" but even though I can see it on the page, I have no way of inserting it that I can see.

So basically I can review an app only by doing it through iTunes? I have the same problem and tried posting reviews on my iPad and iPhone 5s but facing the same issue as above. That's weird to have the option of reviewing on my phone and iPad but it cannot be submitted....

p.s. I never use bad language and my comments are always good with some advice for improvements...



What fixed it?


I'm facing the exact same problem today, on my iPad.

Clicking send does absolutely nothing.

No error-message, zero clues.

 

How is this till not fixed?
