iPad Pro restore using iPhone 7 backup

Are there any issues with using iPad Pro on a iPhone 7 backup? I have back up the old iPad Pro and also the latest iPhone 7 backup. When restoring what issues will there be beside photos not moving over. I feel it is silly that after restore one has to add email accounts all over again. Nearly most of them I have to add passwords upon passwords all over again. In the Android world when backup and restore... every single thing is push back on the new device with nothing I have to do. That entering everything again can take from 2-5 hrs depending on complexity. I feel Apple should allow that rather than instituting a extremely cumbersome process. Just make us verify everything and then allow everything to replicate into the new device.
