I just received a DVD containing medical reports and x-ray/MRI images. The problem is, I can't open the files. I've had a Mac for decades, and I thought that I already had everything necessary to open any file automatically, but that doesn't seem to be so. Anyway, how should I start? Here are the files. I can open a few of them but only a few. Here are all the files. Maybe this will be of help.
