The iPad (picture attached) is in a reboot loop and cannot be restored.

How can this product be made usable.

A lot of money was spent on purchasing this product. It was sparsely used and is in mint condition externally. Has never been dropped or abused in any way. I would like to  use it.

A product is good only when it is good for the company (profit) good for the people and most importantly good for the planet.

Based on the environmental issues I am not prepared to condemn this product.

When is the last time you tried a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?

Have you tried setting this up as new on a computer running iTunes (it does NOT have to be a current version.

What enviromental issues?

iDevices are highly recyclable!

If you can't get this to work, bring this into your “local” Apple Store for proper recycling or bring to your “local” electronics recycling center.
