I reauthorized two computers.  I only have...

I can't authorize my new Mac prebook.  I only have 3 devices authorized.  I reauthorized 2 computers earlier.  I have restarted all computers and checked multiple times.  Why can't I authorize my new MAC?  I have 2 unused authorizations>?

Difficult to say why with no information. What happens when you try to authorise your new computer ? If you are getting an error message what does it say ? What have you tried to see if it fixes whatever is/isn't happening ?
