Why are quicken 2007 icons blank in Sierra

I still use quicken 2007. I moved my data files from my old MacBook Pro.

The icons are blank for quicken 2007 in the finder. How do I get them back?

Do you mean the Toolbar at the top of the Quicken page? If so, Mine disappears daily and I have to qo to the Q menu and select Configure Toolbar and select Revert to Default settings and hit change. That brings back the Toolbar but it disappears later. I have Quicken 2007 Ver 16.2.4 and Sierra 10.12.6. on an imac. This did not happen with El Capitan and Q2007 on my MacMini.
