how can i recieve a refund from a subscription

How might I receive a refund from an app that billed me for a subscription renewal before I got to cancel the subscription? I'm out $119 because of it. I've cancelled it now. But I still don't have the money and I haven't even used the app since the renewal. Please HELP!

To ask Apple if you can cancel a previously paid subscription fee and receive a refund for a sum that you did not intend to pay:

• Go the following page: Report a Problem
• Click on the Invoices tab / tap on the Menu icon and select Invoices.
• View the invoice for your app subscription.
• Click / tap on Report a Problem.

You can log into https://reportaproblem.apple.com and click on the link for the app in question. While app purchases are generally final, iTunes has done refunds on a single basis. They are the deciding factor.
