How do I downgrade my ICLOUD plan from $0.99 to...

I'm trying to figure out how to downgrade my ICLOUD storage so I'm not getting charged $0.99/month

Where do I go on the website to do this?

I cant get the downgrade to work. I click on free but the word Done at the top is grayed out, its not blue so i cant click on it to downgrade. Very frustrating. I have ipad. Can you help please?
