Add book from hard drive to kindle app on iPad ...

Before itunes 12.7 there was an “apps” tab in iTunes.  You could select books on your hard drive and add them to the kindle app on an iPad. Now that tab is gone.  How do you add content to the kindle appWith iTunes 12.7 and ios11?
