IPad mini 2 glitch

I have an iPad mini 2.  Less than 1 year old.  Lately have had a problem with the screen glitching and jumping from app to app even when not in use.  I've restored from iTunes twice with the same issues starting back up almost instantly after the restore.  

Any advice?
