After latest update my Apple watch battery life...

At the end of September of 2017, I updated my Apple watch series 1. Since then I rarely get notifications, Plus my battery dies quickly. Yesterday I charged my watch 3 times. In 2 hours I went from 100% down to 75%. I am not running any apps from the watch.
