How can I sync my contacts from iPhone 7 it iPa...

Hello! I recently inherited my husband’s iPad Air 2 and set it up as a new iPad. Then, I synced it with iTunes. Most of my contacts downloaded, but not the ones I’ve added in the past month. (I just started grad school, so most of the people with whom I communicate with are new contacts.) Those new contacts are on my iPhone 7, so I synchronized that with iTunes and then synchronused the iPad again. Still no new contacts.

A couple days ago, I updated the iOS of the iPhone and the iPad, and I updated iTunes to 12.7. None of the help articles I’ve read show where settings for contacts are located on iTunes 12.7. I don’t want to use iCloud for contacts, because I don’t like the idea of my contacts being stored somewhere other than my phone.

To reiterate, my question is: How can I get my newest contacts from my iPhone to my iPad?

I cannot sync the contacts added to my iPhone 7 (iOs 11.0.3) with Outlook using iTunes vers. 12.7.0.166: when the iTunes sync is done, the newly added iPhone contacts are not in Outlook...

I'm glad I'm not the only one! Hopefully, this thread will get more replies soon, and then maybe we'll find a solution.
