Please help. i cant open itunes after install

i use windows 8.1 and i already try install itunes 12.7 but is show cant install because windows still not modified then i install the older version and i can install until done but when i start this message appear "Apple application support was not found. Apple app support is req please uninstall then install again. Error 2 (windows error 2)"

i dont understand what must i do? please help.
