Email mirroring problem

Email on Apple Watch not mirroring my iPhone old mails don’t delete

I have the same issue, i.e. emails deleted on iPhone, iPad and MacBook Pro are not deleted on Watch 3 with LTE running 4.01.  To delete emails on Watch, I have to disconnect from the mail setting(s) in the Watch App and then reconnect.  I have documented this with the Apple Technical staff via the Apple support line a few days ago and they said that would investigate.  I am currently waiting for their response.
