macOS Sierra (10.12.5) Contacts App quits respo...

Device Info with issue:

MacBook Air (11-inch, Early 2015)

Version: macOS 10.12.5

Processor: 1.6 GHz Intel Core i5

Memory: 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Storage: 120.99 GB

I have this issue where I try to open Contacts and it would stop responding for a while. Can you help me get answers to this issue.
