some features missing in my logic pro x 10.3.2

there is no snap and drag option on the right hand side of my screen of logic ... plz help .on 1st pic you can see snap and drag option but its not on the 2nd pic why plz tell me

Choose Preferences > Advanced, then enable Show Advanced Tools.

You can in fact enable all check boxes on this Preference tab.
