iPad Mini 2 & iOS 11 bugs

Trying to see if others are experiencing this as well or if perhaps there is a fix.

Ever since upgrading to iOS 11.0.2 my iPad Mini 2 has the following issues:

• Power button no longer turns off the iPad.  I have to wait until it the screen times out.
• It will no longer sync with iTunes.  iTunes indicates it is waiting for a response code from the iPad but the code never appears.  Tried various computers.
• Cannot access updates in the App Store.
• Siri is no longer functional.

The iPad Mini 2 worked flawlessly before the new iOS and it has been dropped or tampered with.  It is clearly the new iOS.
