Song titles not transfering to iphone

I updated to the latest iOS 11.0.3 and now I have ONE album all screwed up. I have done SO many things to try and fix it and it just gets WORSE. I removed the album and synced. Then added it back... and now THIS is how it shows. I don't know what else to DO to get the song titles back to normal, and to only the 12 songs on the soundtrack. PLEASE HELP!!!  I am ready to chuck the stupid thing!!  I am tired of syncing my phone!!
