Contacts and Calendar from Outlook (PC) to iPhone?

There has not been any solution to my problem: how to sync my iPhone 6 with the Outlook contacts
and calendar in my PC. It all stopped after updating to iTunes 12.7.

Now I have to enter my appointments twice, in the PC and in the iPhone. What a mess!

I had decided to pre-order iPhone X (pre orders start on 27 of Oct). Now I have to think
it all over again.
