Devices rapidly disconnect/reconnect

I have been unable to sync devices (specifically Ipad model ME988ZP/A and iPhone 7) to my Mid 2015 Macbook pro. I've sent my mac for service in dec last year regarding display problems and this current problem. When I got it back it was okay for awhile but then I was unable to sync my devices again. They would rapidly connect and disconnecting, it is extremely frustrating as I've tried the suggestions online, such as restarting my com with (command+alt+power button) it work for awhile yet the problem came back. I've tried different usbaside from the wire that came with the phone/ipad yet they do not work. Is there any way to solve this?

I also have met this problem, and I have tried to find the solution through Google, but I found there are many people are suffering this problem, and from APPLE office, they don't give any reply to this problem.

I hope Apple can solve this problem as soon as possible.
