What does error 4SNS/1/40000000:TH00

My iMac keeps playing a repeated beeping sound, the fan runs over, and the keyboard keeps typing yyyyyyy!  Can anyone help?

only Apple technicians have the key to what those codes mean, a key has not been made public.  I know 4SNS is a sensor issue, but beyond that, I am not sure. Bring it to an Apple store or AASP for evaluation.

SNS is thought to be a sensor error. You need service.

This error code means that hard drive temperature sensor can't be detected or its reading is out of range.

T = temperature sensor

H = hard drive sensor

00 = sensor address (first sensor - as HDD has only one temperature sensor, there is no other numbers than 00 here).
