Please help i couldnt get my mail to work :(

i kept getting  this message

- There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Verify the settings for account “Mundobuilders” or try again.  The server returned the error: Connections to the server “mail.mundobuilders.com” on the default ports timed out.

Scenario : we switched to a new sophos firewall. Webmail is working but On my mac. Im having a hard time.
