Clean Install Mac OS 10.13 APFS Issue

To be warned Mac OS 10.13 is buggy. I would not upgrade any mac just yet let apple work out some of the under the hood bugs. APFS (file system) is a nightmare. In trying to upgrade an older mac 2012 15" I have found that mac os will not clean install on a standard Samsung 840 SSD the installer will copy the files and then not boot to the internal drive on the mac. I have tested this bug 5x and I keep getting the same result. This is a very interesting bug. Mac OS 10.13 with APFS will install fine on a 2012 MBA & 2015 MBP. I partitioned the drive as the old Hierarchical File System (HFS) and the mac is booting and installing the OS right now. I am wondering if anyone else is having the issue. I also noticed that my mac did a UEFI update I wonder if that helps this issue. I will check when the install is done.
