A little help regarding music sync please

I updated iTunes for Windows 10, now every time I manually load an album from my PC to my phone, it (my phone) shows every song as if they were from different albums. Hence I've got as many albums as songs in my iPhone's library. 

Are you trying to add the tracks directly from Explorer to the phone, or are you adding them to iTunes first, and then dragging from iTunes onto the device? You should be using the second approach.
