Macbook Pro Completely Fine But It Random Stutt...

Ever since a week ago, my computer has been acting up. Before that, it was completely fine. Now, as im typing, my computer is fine and is running smoothly and opens applications lightning fast, but every like 20 or 30 minutes my macbook pro stutters and slows down. I can barely open applications and when I use applications the page loads slowly and when I do actions it moves in like slowmo.

My computer is up to date

I have Loads of memory left on my computer

I deleted most running applications in activity monitor

Here is the macbook pros specs

1. I tried to run the mac on safe mode but it was way too buggy and I couldn't even see half of the page on Google Chrome so I just restarted my computer normally

2.I reseted my SMC but i'm not entirely sure if it helped me or not

3. Here is the report from etrecheck
