iOS11 ActiveSync to Exchange 2010

We are experiencing a problem whereby users who have upgraded to iOS11 have really slow performance connecting to our Exchange 2010 server. These are the symptoms:

• Opening a mail can sometimes take minutes
• Pull to refresh on a mailbox can also take minutes
• Sending emails can take minutes and sometimes will timeout on the first try

I had hoped that the 11.0.1 update would fix this, but no joy. Seems that only addressed issues with Exchange 2016.

We have tried to enable https/2 and TLS1.1+ and reset the Exchange server to have these as a higher priority than the older versions, but that made no difference.

Has anyone else seen this problem?

FWIW, I've had no problems at all with clients on iOS 11.0.3 connecting to my Exchange 2010 server. I suspect the issue is server related or there is an issue with the firewall on your network. Does the issue affect clients equally regardless of whether they are connected to the same network the server is on vs. accessing the server from outside the network?

The problem is since updating to iOs 11.

We see this slow Performance an all our iPhones in our Company, that are using iOS 11, 11.1

Firewall, Exchange Server 2010,... nothing has been changed since it worked fine with iOS 10.
