How do I copy a thumbnail name

I've received and opened a multipage PDF using Mac preview and enabled the visibility of thumbnails in the sidebar. Each of these thumbnail images has a name (caption or title?) Written directly below it. How do I copy each thumbnail name to the clipboard for use in other documents?

Click once on it, hold down the command key and press c. Go to wherever you want to paste it and press command v.
