High Sierra screen resolution doesnt fit on my ...

Hello, i've been experimenting some issues with the last complementary update 10.13 macOS High Sierra. I've a external monitor (Viewsonic 1080p vx2253mh) connected to my Mac Mini (Late 2014, Intel iris, 8gb Ram, i5) and the screen resolution seems to be bigger than screen size in any screen resolution selected.

I've tested many apps from another developers (like Display Menu) for manage the screen size and nothing work for me.

Any suggestions?

what happens when  you click system preferences->displays->resolution(radio button)->scaled and choose another resolution from the listbox ?
