Cannot verify billing info.

Hi,

I am trying to download a song, and itunes asks me to verify my billing info. I click on verify and nothing happens. I tried reseting all warnings for buying and downloading, I also tried to edit my billing info. When I click edit for my credit card number, nothing happens. So I went onto the site in my browser to edit. I edited and saved and tried the process again. I still could not download. I then redownloaded the setup .exe and chose "repair" in the installation. I still cannot verify my billing in any way in the program. Therefore I cannot download my previously purchased music from the cloud, and I cannot purchase new music. Why can I not verify my billing info?

Problem: Cannot verify billing info

Steps taken:

- Repaired using setup file. Did not work.
- Reset all warnings for buying and downloading. Did not work.

- Tried to purchase new music, clicked on very button. Did nothing.

- Rebooted computer several times. Did nothing.

- Tried various combinations of the above. Did nothing.

I still cannot verify my billing info.
