After Software Update cannot rent movies

Since the iOS upgrade on Windows, I cannot rent movies with iTunes. 

First, the price of renting in SD is now the same as HD - which is a 50% increase.

I rented a movie but it did not download (although it's available for streaming on my iPad)!

1. I asked for help from iTunes but they did not reply for 48 hours, and when they did they did not deal with my specific problem, sending me a link How to download movies!!!
2. I replied but, almost 3 whole days later in all, no help.
3. I personally think it is bad service - when I am using Apple iTunes - when I pay good money, and when I EXPECT to get the best service from the best company in the world.
4. Why pay 50% more AND get no service?
