I am able to see weird screen marks on my Mac j...

My screen shows some patch of weird colours for a second or two just before the screen is switched on after sleep or while booting it up. Can somebody tell me how to solve this problem? Has anyone faced this problem before?

I have attached the picture for reference. It has been only a year since I bought this Mac.

It did not work

It is an interesting pattern, not something I've seen before as an indication of bad hardware. Still, you may want to run Apple Diagnostics:

How to use Apple Diagnostics on your Mac - Apple Support

If Diagnostics reports a problem, there is one. However if it reports nothing, there still may be  problem. Apple has much more sensitive tests they can run in-store. I suggest you bring it in for a free diagnostic.
